    1. First apply.
    2. Schedule an interview
    3. Have an interview with M.E.F. (usually about 15 minutes)
    We usually use a simple program called Zoom where you click a link, turn on your audio/video and can have an online interview on your computer or phone at the schedule time.
    4. We will ask for a few job references
    5. Ask/answer any further questions usually in a follow up call.
    6. Digital contract review and signing  (A contract would be emailed through docusign)
