1. First apply.
2. Schedule an interview
3. Have an interview with MEF (usually about 15 minutes)
We usually use a simple program called Zoom where you click a link, turn on your audio/video and can have an online interview on your computer or phone at the schedule time. (you will get notifications/explanations and reminders by email and text).
4. We will ask for a few job references (email is usually used)
5. Connect you with teachers if you want to chat with them about their experiences
6. Digital contract review and signing (A contract would be emailed through docusign)
