The kindergartens you will work in are mostly private kindergartens that parents pay more for as they have programs like the MEF one and having an English teacher there.
It is a bit of a competition for most of the kindergartens. It is normal to see a lot of Montessori type stations, gardens, basketball courts, etc.
I’ve seen kindergartens with things like rock climbing, an orchard, a mini zoo, a tunnel for the kids to go through, a slide going through the school, carpentry room, pottery stations with a kiln, etc.
Not all of the kindergartens have these things, but generally the standard for private kindergartens is higher than what most foreign teachers first expect. Most of the teachers will say the kindergarten they work at is nicer than what they grew up with.
